3.1 Each eligible individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on jilib. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
3.2 When registering with jilib, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 jilib implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering and gaming regulations. You may be required to submit supporting documentation — including government-issued photo ID and proof of address — before your account is fully activated for real-money transactions.
3.4 jilib accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or permit any third party to access or operate your jilib account. Any such transfer or third-party access is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilib account credentials, including your username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes. You agree not to share your login credentials with any other person.
4.2 You agree to notify jilib immediately through official support channels if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, if your credentials have been compromised, or if you notice any suspicious activity on your jilib account.
4.3 jilib will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, phone, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from jilib that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
4.4 jilib shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure, or from your failure to report a security breach in a timely manner.
5.1 Deposits. All deposits to your jilib account must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. jilib accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, and selected cryptocurrency methods, subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed in the jilib Cashier at the time of deposit.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified in a promotion or for a particular payment method. jilib reserves the right to revise deposit limits at any time.
5.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. All withdrawals will be processed to a payment method in the same name as the jilib account holder. jilib does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfers are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. jilib aims to process all withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of request, subject to security and compliance reviews.
5.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Players must wager an amount equal to at least one (1) times their deposit before a withdrawal may be processed, unless a bonus with different wagering conditions is active. Active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements must be fully played through before withdrawal of associated winnings.
5.6 Currency. All jilib account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jilib does not apply currency conversion fees on PHP transactions.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses awarded on jilib carry a wagering requirement. This means the total bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. 6.3 Bonus Eligibility. The use of any strategy, system, arbitrage technique, or coordinated activity designed to exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to bonus hunting, matched betting using jilib promotions, or the use of multiple accounts — is prohibited. jilib reserves the right to void any bonuses, winnings, or bets found to have been placed in connection with such activity.
6.6 jilib reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Ongoing promotions will be honoured for their stated validity periods unless there is clear evidence of abuse.
7.1 All games available on jilib are operated in accordance with the rules of each specific game. Game rules are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing bets.
7.2 jilib uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games and live physical equipment (cards, dice, roulette wheels) for live dealer games. All game outcomes on jilib are the result of genuine randomness or physical chance and are not manipulated.
7.3 Bets placed and accepted by the jilib platform are binding. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed except in circumstances where jilib determines, in its sole discretion, that a technical error has materially affected the outcome.

10.3 Any use of jilib's intellectual property for commercial purposes — including the use of jilib's name or branding in third-party marketing without express written consent — is strictly prohibited.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilib shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jilib platform.
11.2 jilib does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While jilib makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous service, temporary interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond jilib's control may occur.
11.3 jilib's total liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in that Player's jilib account at the time the claim arises.
12.1 jilib collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering with jilib, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the jilib Privacy Policy.
